I guess those that voted NO want the team to work harder to get deals done and reduce reliance on easy CRs that reward sophs and dilute long termers - as we have seen twice in the past year.

I guess it’s a message ti the Board to work harder to protect shareholders investment.

My main take in the comment that it’s hard working with EV manufacturers is that our product doesn’t “sell itself”.

I put my shares in the bottom drawer long ago, but to be honest am thinking of still buying more because there’s hope and the share price is cheap and I sold my majority at 18 cents but re-entered and bought a few million options that I’m still under water by half.

All this time, energy and loss to see David rewarded with cheap shares also pains me to no end.

I’ll have to check the remuneration report to see the KPI results and many performance options were given. I can guess now though.
