Thank you sir. My impression of these gentlemen was just that. They would have preferred to be at the melbourne club or some such. They reminded me of the divide between management and workers back in the last century. However we are not employees but part owners, not angry workers the times have changed.
I do agree about the lack of civility and at times outright hostility and abusiveness from some of late. That said, it is understandable given the size of the losses many have experienced, I'd like to see things toned down a bit myself.
My suggestion is simple. Get media coverage, not just social media but mainstream such as the Fin review. From there it will trickle down to other outlets. after all even Ewen reads the Fin, and so does everyone else in the investment community. Just keep putting out press releases on slow news days, they'll get used eventually.
There's nothing wrong with raising funds, that's the whole point of the ASX, but 2 cents was bad PR and bad for everyone's confidence. ADO is not a top 20 company so stop acting like it is.
Get investors back on side and interest new ones or there will be no business and nothing to be the CEO of.
My hope for today, is that the women on the board may now get a chance to communicate the issues.. I'm sure they took notice and will have points to make.
