I was disappointed I couldn’t make it today - due to commitments & I also felt - which appears to have been the case that having spoke to Ewen & David on multiple occasions - there is little intent to listen shareholders or take any suggestions on board.
It has been a cultural modus of operandi to tolerate shareholders but not listen - so it appears Ewen / David have continued the norm.
If the company hadn’t issued more shares - David would not have had his PO and shares awarded .
how would hat make him feel.
THE ONLY positive for me is both Ewen & David know they are on the outer and their performance is under scrutiny.
If there was no deal close or both of them were not expecting a change in revenue and company success they would both have resigned.
