I attended the meeting there were approx. 20 others and auditor.
the meeting lasted over almost 1.5 hrs as a result of many questions and discussions during and after the formal meeting. there were two significant fund managertypes who handled the questions.

The chairman gave his address and the CEO presented the report now available on ASX.

Various aspects of the companies past and future performance and policy were sought.

The major issue of transparency of a Chinese assets in a Australian company and the poor reception in Australia and management of cash flows were discussed.

I shall post these after I have some time to detail.
For super sceptic Mss Dan Lim was present and questioned as to her role as a non-exc director. She resides in Australia but has frequent visits to China to represent the company in local govt and grower issues. Apart from he natural beauty (she is a stunner) . This role is necessary. She and Michael Choi both spoke good English and were quite creditable..both have 3 year contract from 2014.
