I think MSB are going to fight hard on Ryoncil as they should.SI has upped his language since the 17 Nov meeting, using words such as unprecedented and current FDA review team. This is a matter of principle and i believe SI has the same mind set, its not all about the money and revenues. Imagine if we get EUA approval for covid treatment but no approval for AGVHD. To my way of thinking its either both or none. It would appear its becoming more and more likely MSB will get approval of some sort for Covid treatment, and by that hence evidence / RCT results that it works, therefore approval for AGVHD HAS TO FOLLOW given the similarities
