Oh for goodness sake dplane. The FDA were giving them plenty of green light signals and then a near unanimous meeting of the Committee recommendation and THEN they do a sudden reversal which has no basis in efficacy.
It's obvious where the problem is and it's not MSB, who have been guiding the FDA policy on stem cells.
It's not an innocent case of one arm not knowing what the other is doing either.
There is no legal basis for what they have done, and it's certainly not MSB's fault.
