    I went to the TFS AGM last week (my first ever) as I was interested to see what they had to say in regards to takeovers, board spills and the associated negative press.

    Although I had some concerns going into the AGM by the end of proceedings most of my concerns were put to rest so I would be interested to find out what others who attended may have thought?
