I would ask quite seriously whether this would be best use of the time. Remember that MNS current resource is from 2 something % of the tenement so don't get bent out of shape about a neighbor with a bigger back yard. It really doesn't mean much mate. VRC taking over MNS, maybe in 5 years but not in the short term.
