I think it is a major set back in ST by not opting to go for dividends. I see SP back to 5c soon as we do not have any ANN in near term and future SP depends on the HY results due in Feb/Mar'2014.

IMO, Management made a mess of business and Nomad fell exponentially in SP in last few years. It is not too long ago NOD paid dividends (5.5c in 2008) better than current SP (4.9c low in 2013) and personally I believe it is because of poor decisions taken by Management. I wish change in Management brings a fresh breath of air and new ideas to make business better. I hope NOD rises back to its previous heights and new Management takes wise steps in future to achieve the same.!
