I have to agree with you the SPP earlier this year was most unfair for loyal existing shareholders. Larger shareholders had their monies returned and no shares. So my advice to management is forget about the mates and think about the holders that really support the company. If a further CR comes up a renounceable rights issue is the fairest way to go IMO.
