If any shareholders attending agree I would like the following question asked should a CR be needed in the future. It's relevant to resolutions 7 & 8. The CR earlier this year was not fair to existing shareholders. I took this up with the Chairman at the time but never received the courtesy of a reply.
IMO a CR should be:
A rights issue
Be renounceable ie can be bought or sold.
Allow shareholders to apply for extra shares
There is no fairer way to treat existing shareholders
If any shareholders attending agree I would like the following...
