I spoke with the company again today and they confirm that all is still on track with board presentations on the various offers put to them and revenue on track to meet expectations.
CDR will also benefit from next years spending blitz by ALP which will see money poured into computers in schools and the like.
The seller remain IOOF who just can't clear the books of CDR stock when volumes remain so low and hence they hit every buyer that they can !
