    The Avenue complaint messages keep coming: a taskforce of some sort needs to be urgently established here, it is totally unacceptable to get this level of publicly aired customer dissatisfaction for an e-commerce business of this stature and well funded status. The delays documented here point to deep rooted issues with Customer responsiveness as a bare minimum, let alone potential structural deficiencies in logistics in the USA. CCX is being slammed quite heavily. It would also help to get some messaging out there to advise of temporary Covid labour interruption driven delays if that is the case and provision of enhanced loyalty rewards for those impacted. It is simply unacceptable performance.

    The question this also triggers for shareholders is whether the governance structure is right. Fixing this in advance of any further share options issued to current executives should be the priority. The board composition looks light in terms of US retail and direct logistics experience.

    Shareholders handed over $110 million recently and expect a lot more for it.
