    They better start following Shondelle and the CEO should contact her personally to apologise. The feedback has been horrendous and if they are true to their repeated word of ‘knowing what she wants, when she wants it’, they should be making this a priority for all complainants.

    They’ll kill this business if they don’t fix this ASAP.

    We are losing money here on each sale not made and loyal customers are being lost in spades.

    This episode has revealed deep governance and structural issues that need fixing very soon.
