He seemed quite reasonable to me, I don't like listening to a lot of spin (like you might get from, what some would call, a 'good public speaker'). He actually expressed a dislike for for the remuneration system, apparently now demanded by institutional investors before they will invest in a company. He said the extra complexity of such systems actually made it easier for some companies to hide excessive bonuses. I thought he did a fairly good job of explaining how FARs proposed remuneration system compared to the rest of the industry.
