I attended the AGM and I thought I mention a few items which are not included in the chairman's report.
1. There were 30 persons in attendance.
2. Jervois has been in contact with the chinese on two occasions regarding the JV since the 31/10/08.
3. DP stated that Jervois will be keeping the $1million deposit and will be sending the a bill to the chinese for $300,000.
4. If funds are needed, Jervois will sell assets and/or raise funds.
5. This year's voting on resolutions was on an average of 340,000 votes as against 170,000 votes last year.(double last year's figure)
6. Quoting DP, SMS Demag have been talking to Jervois and Jervois have been talking to SMS Demag.
7. Dr.Jansen (JRV Director) very technical, and spoke extremely well regarding finding a successful chloride solution for Jervois resources, which is very close.
