Hi guys. I’ve been keeping an eye on the jrv threads for a while, and am only now starting to post out of sheer frustration with the management of this company which I’ve held shares in for a number of years now. I’m hoping someone might be able to clear something up for me. I was under the impression that Melanie Leydin had resigned as Company Secretary but remained as a Director. However she has been removed from the ASX listing of Directors. Is this because the Co Sec position is actually a Directorial position?? It seems odd that the announcement was made on the afternoon of the AGM – was anything raised at the AGM with regards to her resignation? If not, it makes me think that perhaps she didn’t jump without a bit of a push. Any thoughts?

Thanks for the informative posts – I share the sentiments of other holders with regards to management and DP. It’s definitely time for a change at the helm of this ship that he’s built, but can’t sail.
