Having done a fair bit of research into the whole carbon trading/energy saving space of late, I believe our single biggest threat is Geoff Lord and UXC. We make such a logical bolt on to their business.

Anyone interested, have a read of the Chairman's report. They have been very active buying up big time...and their stated goal is to continue to make strategic purchases.

INT could easily be bought for a song right now. They would retain current management, and we would probably be offered UXC stock in exchange. Not a great outcome for shareholders....a very serious threat in my opinion.
