Kiril, the Lord issue was raised and I believe it is a big threat. More so if this company goes under, which I believe he is hoping for, so he can pick up the crumbs by the liquidator.

i don't think it will go under at all but it is cheap.
Someone can buy at least 20% for about $1m and then slowly get the rest. It might cost them $10-15m too get it all but that is the sign of the times, once somebody has 50% and controls the company it is only time. They just out vote everybody else and appoint who they want on the board etc. this is democracy. It would be a real shame to get the company in the right direction and cash flow positive just to see this but that is the dog eat dog world.

It just depends on how many people are willing to holf and I think in these times if the price jumped up to 1-2cents there would be lots of people selling.
