Seamfiend, my understanding is that a succession plan was commenced a while back and is well and truly on course.

Not that Len will stop any time soon. He's the kind of guy that sets out to achieve something of quality, and will succeed. You might call him "old-school" but in this environment, thats exactly the kind of fella CXY needs.

As with you, I've been heavily into this stock for a long time, and my cinfidence in its success hasn't waned one iota.
