I also note that whether we are talking Kingaroy, Wandoan, Pakistan (via Cougar UK), or maybe India ... it is almost always 400MW and multiples thereof ... so as well as getting a project team together, there is also a business plan of great sense taking shape.

Get Kingaroy 400MW across the line and there would have to be a spate of opportunities to roll out essentially the same plant design or muliple modules of the same plant design at significant economy of scale and with less dependence on the original driver.

The skills required to roll out electricity generation via ucg on a commercial scale are quite different to the skills and energy required to drive that first project to success ... managers can step in as the visionaries get to rock in the hammock and muse on their success.
