Yes i agree, Dr Len Walker definitely is running the show as far as ucg is concerned, it felt like pce were giving him free reign, which includes doing the promotional tour to the institutions, he has at least two that have an interest although being at the pointy end of the year doesn't expect anything concrete till feb.....As far as linc goes he is happy to have moved on and now knows the way he does not want to work and should set pce/ cougar up the way he wants. I think it may be a bit of a driver to make sure cougar energy succeeds.
