In todays accouncement:
Directors confirmed greater than 10% profit growth forecast for 2007, re-inforcing the profit guidance of $80 mil.
Directors expect 2009 to show a substantial increase in profit derived from the development income on key projects.
I like that word "SUBSTANTIAL".
Currently trading on d PE of around 10. No wonder the price is going up, it should be much higher IMO.
