Cudeco is in the 'proponent responds to submissions' stage not the 'Public notificatio of draft EIS'.

In August 2010 DERM sent 11 public submissions on the EIS to Cudeco for consideration and response.

At Cudeco's request, the due date for a response to public submissions on the EIS has been extended until Monday 28 February 2011.
