So the Board's responsibility to shareholders is only limited to that which it is required by law and not good practice.
So a total disregard for good practice or the needs of shareholders.
A total disregard for the environment, forcing people to burn carbon to travel.
A total about face wrt to being " a clean green business". Making a deliberate choice to prove that decarbonisation is only something to be persued when its suits the Board.
So much for being in it together and having our interests aligned.
