In one of my postings above from the ASIC webpage it said this...........

"ASIC would be concerned if a company or responsible entity were to seek to hold a meeting (whether physical, hybrid or virtual) that did not adequately allow questions to be asked, comments to be made, or votes to be cast, at the meeting in a way that provides a reasonable opportunity for members to effectively participate."

Obviously with Australian and it's state borders reopening AGMs in other states can be physically attended . But Western Australia still subject to closed borders is a different situation. However that said we can still participate just not in real time

I'm a tad busy today to do more research but I do know their stance has changed and new legislation has now been passed so I am unsure what the ASIC stance is now.

I think I might place a call to ASIC early on Monday (any other time is an endless telephone queue) to gauge the current stance given the TLG intentions.
