Still, you never know how these courts play out. Look at the Cazaly issue (albeit a different court). It looks like the issue hedges around a 15 minute timeframe and how long it takes the ASX to pick up a fax...
The joke about the issue is that these guys (Lion Selection) do this game as their profession - which certainly does make them a joke.
