agm inconsistencies

Resolution to be deferred due to "70 mill votes no being able to be cast..........due to clerical/administrative error"

just paraphrasing this

So if 70 mill votes were not able to be "used" (I imagine to the companies desired effect as stated being FOR Resolution 1)

How can Resolution 2 be passed - as one has to assume the same 70 mill votes also weren't able to be "used"

Will lodge a complaint to Compliance Office ASX and complaint to ASIC over the weekend as this to appears to be illogical and I therefore think ASX/ASIC need to decide if the 70 mill votes are to be


a - disregarded and Resolutions passed on available votes

or

b - ALL SH to re-cast their votes
