Perhaps with the HC gang on one team, could the motion be forced to be amended at the AGM, to be a share option instead as per nb's plan ?

I'm not sure of the laws at AGM's. Perhaps vote it down and move a new motion?

We need to show these guys that they need runs on the board and real, earned, capital in the piggy bank before they put their snouts in the trough!

I mean, if they can't convince Earnie then they are pushing you know what, up a VERY steep hill, with a pin to convince the rest of us !!
