These [CBM Mongolian plays] are an ever moving matrix in the risky end of town so what may have been an indicator a while back. For example the OGP post of Nov last year I posted the link to, which as of now is well out of date as to present actuality. This has changed due to the ever changing, of a multitude of variables.
With TKM at present it is hurry up an wait without prejudgment of any variable values until they are released and/or indicated.
