"If a majority of Shareholders who are eligible to vote on Item 8 (Spill Resolution), vote in favour of this resolution, it will effectively spill the whole Board immediately before the end of the Spill Meeting. The Board believes that each Director has invaluable expertise in the oil and gas industry and is an essential part of the Company’s continued success, and spilling this Board will be a disruptive and unnecessary event for the Company’s operations."

The Directors unanimously recommend that Shareholders vote against Item 8 (Spill Resolution).
