Lebba, the announcement said 'generates' as in, already started and received. The onus is on proof it was, rather than wasn't, as we all watched quarterly after quarterly of no earnings reported. Remember the excuses back then? "It will appear in the next one." What I don't understand is why was it so important to announce in the first place if it wasn't important enough to announce the change in strategy months later? That alone doesn't pass the smell test. Even if you are correct and it wasn't a lie, the best it can be is managerial incompetence.
