I find this unbelievable. If the company you are relying on to build your satellites is publicly reporting major issues with you, it is not remotely acceptable to say "go talk to GOMspace, not our problem".
If the the statements by GOMspace (and the auditors in relation to potential GOMspace liabilities) are true, then the management needs to address them, including specifics about how they will deal with them. If they're not true, then rebut them. And we shouldn't actually have to ask the question at an AGM. The continuous disclosure requirements require the directors to provide this information because it is material to the share price.
Just more evidence of the utter contempt with which directors hold the shareholders.
And if the 'first batch' is up by the end of this year, I'll climb the Sydney Harbour Bridge butt naked.
