What debt financing have they got? I must of missed that announcement?
Are you referring to telefox?
Is this telefox loan meant to be funding the launch costs?
YOU'RE DREAMING.
I never said they wouldn't satisfy ASIC requirements. ASIC requirements were for them to disclose how TERRIBLE their annual report is and disclaim how BAD of a position the company is in because the Company issued a prospectus with unaudited numbers without any reference to how BAD the results actually are. THAT TELLS YOU A LOT ABOUT MANAGEMENT.
ASX requirements - you can be almost sure that they aren't happy with KPMG (no surprises there). From the ASX queries theres no doubt that they are after a clean financial audit from SAS. For that to happen they need to raise FULL capital + more, and disclose their 100m+ liability to Gomspace (but dont ask Meir about it, he will tell you to go speak to Gomspace - HAHAHAHA)
Lebba, why are you posting here still - you agreed that you will stop posting if they fail to raise the money in December. You're like Meir - not true to your word.
SAS is ticking.. for now.. on life support.
