They currently contribute nothing of value to the discussion and are just a nuisance clogging up the system while shareholders scan the posts to read the PEARLS - such as that provided by 4lotsofprofit! Out of his questions at the AGM and Meir's replies came the following information: 1) Meir doesn't accept that SAS owe $2.3m dollars to Gomspace. (and, because he's a businessman, he will not reveal what lies behind their claim as it's irrelevant until such time as Gomspace are due to make the first batch of satellites, or until they sue SAS). 2) If you want to know GOMspace's side of the argument and their reasons for making a provision in their accounts - ask them (good advice!). 3) If you want to know whether GOMspace are going to make an issue of it, ask them. There would be no point in SAS asking now; SAS' negotiating position will be at its strongest when they are close to placing an order - see (1). 4) If Gomspace do make an issue of it, then (in Meir's view) it not going to be a show-stopper (i.e. a compromise will be found, or further time for payment will be given, or it all get wrapped up in the cost of future satellites.)

Another who wants to treat this like a fan club. You can either get the truth, or you can hear what you want to hear. I learnt the hard way that with SAS, you can rarely have both.
