If the the statements by GOMspace (and the auditors in relation to potential GOMspace liabilities) are true, then the management needs to address them, including specifics about how they will deal with them. If they're not true, then rebut them. And we shouldn't actually have to ask the question at an AGM. The continuous disclosure requirements require the directors to provide this information because it is material to the share price.

Just more evidence of the utter contempt with which directors hold the shareholders.

And if the 'first batch' is up by the end of this year, I'll climb the Sydney Harbour Bridge butt naked.

I think you are blowing this way out of proportion. When the question was asked at the AGMabout gomspace s report Meir said to talk to gomspace. This is perfectly reasonable as Meir is not privy to how Gomspace do their accounting o. Meir was also emphatic in the AGM that SAS owed gomspace nothing. My opinion is that gomspce have had to put projected revenue not recived as a bad debt to balance the books. The only way to find this out is to contact gomspce. So my opinion is that Meirs comment was totally reasonable
