Call me naive, but I genuinely don't see how IMU could be acquired for anything less than US$21B given Gilead's acquisition of Immunomedics for US$21B in Sept. This was for Trodelvy, a breast cancer drug, granted an accelerated approval by the FDA in April.
This valuation overlooks IMU's oncolytic virus products.
