Well there are 4.49 billion shares on issue, so in theory, if an offer came in to buy out IMU at $4.49 billion, that would be $1 a share. Divide the offer into the shares on issue. That is VERY rough calcs though as it doesn't take into account outstanding options etc etc, but gives you an idea.
