    I have been a shareholder of this company for over 21 years and i have been investing in shares for over 45 years.I am discussed the way the company is being run and the treatment of it's shareholders. I will be voting against all of AGM resolutions. If the sale would have gone through i would have sold out. I would never invest in a company run by james again.
