Then fill in the form and click validate

Holding Type = CHESS
Reference Number is your HIN probably starting with X
rest is easy

Then you will get access to your data
Click on STATEMENTS AND ADVICES
Then open the meeting announcement
This will have your VAC code and password is your postcode
