In his address Mike Hurst the MD of Bendigo Bank is very scathing of the solicitors for the plaintiffs in the Great
Southern class action against the Bank.
Well worth a read for both BEN shareholders, and the clients of the the law firm involved.
And in an interesting turn of events there may be an action agains the law firm for providing their clients with poor advice.
