    Hi Everyone,

Best attended AGM to date and put in perspective the large number of applications which MSB is developing - we are definitely the number 1 stem cell Biotech world wide.

A couple of points to add ( to the already excellent AGM coverage) from our CEO's presentation

    1) TEVA/Cephalon bring additional strong regulatory and clinical trial experince to the table when it comes to Phase III trials (IMO truly adds another level of de-risking to MSB's investment case).
    2) TEVA have publicly stated that when they acquired Cephalon , they did so not just for the products alone - but because they had a 'strong belief in the Cephalon pipeline, of which MSB was a key part'.

3)Regarding Lonza - they had a choice to partner with any stem cell company in the world, but 'made a judgement call to partner with MSB' ( & comitt to $150M in manfacturing facility) , as the potential Volume of sales is greatest by being with Mesoblast.

4)Othopedic pipeline - Mesoblast attributes a 'lot of value to this franchise'.

I hear that Macquarie were at today's presentation and it will be interesting to see how they view there report in light of the undeniable and outstanding progress made by Mesoblast over the last 7 years (listed Dec 2004 and technology developed over 10 years before listing).

Good evening to all holders and always DYOR.
