decided a few weeks ago to do the 3 hour drive to perth for the AGM, told the kids of the plan and made the necessary arrangements, and then got a phone call from daughter number one who lives in perth with her mum now, if I would like to attend her yr 12 graduation ceremony.
"oh but honey I was going to an AGM that day and have a few beers with the hot copper crew afterwards"
"o.k dad, all good."
"but are you coming"
"yep alright honey, thanks for ruining my drinkathon with strangers"
"thanks dad ,love you"
so my question is who else is going to the AGM, I guess I could even sneak in a beer afterwards if anyone is up for it, and then of course the usual questions about the future of the company that i'll be asking to satisfy my curiosity, I'd list my questions now but I have to go and cook dinner, but will post tomorrow the questions I will be asking, so feel free to state your piece bearing in mind that the good doc will probably be there asking the more technical stuff if he hasn't already in his latest meeting with ross.
