    "What promises have been broken"

    The shorter list would be what promises have been kept. How's that Toomai million dollars going? The joint venture with OM Telecom (the leading Australian Telco)? Hollywood content? Airports and hotels? Radical Enlighten? My God, the list goes on. What have they promised that they have then actually delivered?
