I do not know so much about the corporate issues.

If MLX is pissing against the wind, as you see it, that is great news.

There is nothing worse than when a spritely young mover merges with a slow elephant.

Recent young stocks I held which buddied up with a slow elephant include TMR (superb outlook) merging with IBR and VSG (suberb outlook) merging with CCE.

If the large AGM holders can avoid then that is good.
