You are all crazy and full of wishful thinking if you think voting no will some how serve your own self interest better.
Every 10cents is worth $1m to ron p. He has the most to lose and gain so his endorsement should be a telling response.
Misleading? Read the disclaimer. They can't promote a cps value for the stock and there is nothing wrong with having a target, especially when you are likely to hit it with time.
And they don't control the buy side either. An offer is an offer, and given how the company has had to raise capital and slug it out to produce such underwhelming flow rates, it is unsurprising things have ended the way they have/are.
