I'm not going to the AGM, but thought I'd put a call out for questions, in case someone who's going wants to represent the HC faithful.
Personally, I'd be most curious to get as much of a description as possible of the current state of financing discussions - ie. how many groups are at the table, how many spots are missing, are any of the high-level details agreed on, is anyone currently conducting due dilligence.
Secondly, I'd be curious to know what the board believe are the biggest risks to the project overall, and to raising financing.
Thirdly, a question about options. I'd probably like to know what other incentive structures the board considered, and why they chose the one presented as best representing the shareholders' interests.
