I'd like to know how the Non-Executive Directors (NED) think it is in the Company's best interest to be issuing themselves a material amount of options based on a strike price that would appear to be taking advantage of the currently depressed share price?

I'd also like to know why they didn't consider an option series based on a step up of strike prices, to incentivise future outperformance of share price, like many other companies do.

If the share price does appreciate substantially from this point (which I hope it does), then surely these options represent far more than what is reasonable NED remuneration.
