Your point is well made. If I was in their position my response would be to consider, taking up the option series you have argued. But then again, what hard evidence do we have at this stage about the SP appreciating and for the SP to appreciate substantially it would mean your argument is to mean that the financing deal is around the corner. If this was the case then the SP would be closer to 80c than where it is now assuming that the market would have this belief. So for my mind we are less than one working day away from the AGM and post that we will know if really matters one way or the other. Because on the assumption that the next three months delivers a substantial increase in the SP - I think most holders wouldn't care because they would be partying, spending on their spouses/partners/kids/girlfriends and looking for the next best investment. However, you do make a point.
