no suprises there oh alex busy with some other work? . that is the thing directors on 4 or 5 boards cant do a proper job at any of them , but they still get paid for it. they would have called   your votes invalid if you ask . did you make copies of your voting form  so you can send a copy to asx or asic ?  

you only need small percent of votes or a certain number of shareholders to call a egm to make a board spill but is is worth it?
